Our Fall Festival will take place October 6th-October 9th!

Set up day will be Wednesday 5/3 and Thursday 5/4.

On Wednesday you can drive your car onto the field next to your booth location and unload, on Thursday you will have to park in the parking lot and walk your booth contents to your booth as cars will not be allowed onto the field after Wednesday, just be sure and have your booth ready to go by 4pm on Thursday 10/06.

Booth Hours:
Thursday: 4-6pm
Friday: 11am-6pm
Saturday:11am-6pm
Sunday: 11am-4pm

All I need from you is how you would like your passes. Each booth gets two passes per day. You can get those passes in two formats:

1) 8 total passes- 2 passes per day- this is good for if you will have different people working the booth each day.
2) 2- 4day passes- this is good if you will be having the same two people working your booth all four days

Your passes will be under the name of o the Non Profit Company you are registered with, not under the individual names and will be under WILL CALL at the ticket booth.

Camping passes are extra and you can find them here: https://www.shakorihillsgrassroots.org/camping

PLEASE let me know your ticket preferences ASAP so we can get those set up early for you, as it gets hectic closer to the show.

Thank you all for your help and your support, I look forward to seeing all of you!!

Spring '23 Craft Vendor Application
Deadline: Feb 09, 2023 (Deadline passed)
Thank you for applying to be a Craft Vendor at the upcoming Shakori Hills GrassRoots Festival, May 4-7th 2023!

Craft Vendor Information & Application Procedures
Eligibility: All applicants must be the creators of the art or craft displayed. All applications received by the deadline are reviewed by a jury for acceptance/decline. Resale vendors will not be considered for booth spaces.

Jury Procedure: A jury consisting of those who work in varying areas of art select these vendors. Our jury changes every year so please understand that if your work is not selected for one festival, it may be selected by another jury the next festival and vice versa. Originality, quality of execution and festival appeal will be reviewed. The crafts area is limited to just 28 spaces. Keep in mind that your application is the only information the jury has of you and your work so your presentation is very important. We urge you to take your time with your application to give the jury the best sense of your work.

Spaces: Spaces will accommodate a 10 feet x 10 feet booth. If you have an unusual sized tent or booth please indicate its dimensions. Set up is outdoors on grassy and possibly muddy ground with a slight incline. Vehicles cannot be parked at your booth during the festival; however, if conditions allow you may drive up to your booth to load/unload. Bring all your own display materials ( chairs, tables, etc. ), tarps and canopies. Booths are the sole responsibility of the crafts vendor. You must lock up your merchandise at night. Also, please indicate on your application if you have any special placement requests. We will do our best to accommodate those with special needs.
**We have a few 10 feet (front) x 20 feet (deep) spaces available and will consider requests on an individual basis. If you are interested in a larger booth space, please note it on your application but understand you may not receive one. The booth fee for 10 x 20 spaces is $450.
