Have you ever made New Year’s resolutions, with the best intentions but never kept them? Typically, New Year’s resolutions lack clarity and sometimes intention as well as create expression. This workshop will encourage you to create a picture of your life and goals from this day forward with clarity, intention, and a little creativity thrown in as well. It is a fun and fellowship filled time where we will create a vision board for the next steps in our lives and enjoy being with each other in the process. You will leave with a completed vision board. This class is for participants 18+, and students will need to provide some supplies. Supplies to bring: Magazines that you enjoy looking through and are willing to cut up Computer images may be used as well so print them off and bring whatever interests you Scissors Glue stick Provided supplies: The substrate/foundation for your vision board This workshop has a minimum of 5 participants, and a maximum of 13. If the workshop does not meet the minimum, participants will be refunded.  About Dr. Millie Dawson-Hardy: Millie Dawson-Hardy, the course facilitator, is a practicing artist in the area as well as being part of the Counseling Education Faculty at the University of Alabama.
