Metro Montage is the Marietta Cobb Museum of Art’s 23rd annual juried exhibition featuring all types of genre, medium, style, subject matter, concept, and technique in art. Metro Montage XXIII will feature works of fine art by contemporary artists that showcase the diversity and skill within our nation’s culture. An anonymous panel will select works of art to be exhibited at MCMA from over 900 submissions. IMPORTANT DATES 2023: April 17 = Submission Deadline—11:59PM May 19 = Accepted and denied notification letters mailed via USPS June 8 = Art Delivery between 9:00AM and 3:00PM July 1 = Opening Day (6:00 — 8:00PM Reception) September 3 = Exhibition closes at 4:00PM September 5 = Art Pick Up between 9:00AM and 3:00PM AWARDS: First Place: $750 · Second Place: $500 · Third Place: $250 JURY: MCMA Curator, Madeline Beck, will once again lead an anonymous committee of arts professionals to judge this year’s Metro Montage. .
