The Entertainment and Culture Promotion Society (ECPS) is responsible for overseeing local cultural events in the Milwaukee area. The mission of ECPS is to educate the public of different cultures to improve understanding and goodwill. ECPS accomplishes this through programs, outreach and, most notably, events.
